Startups Find it Tough Raising Capital

A Recent Transaction
Towards the end of 2009 GHC completed a transaction for Benco Pacific, raising the necessary significant funds to finance the considerable growth of its unique Australian based and sourced “fresh” “wet” herb and spice products into the North American market.
The Principals noted “we are very grateful for all the hard work put in, the accessibility to ensure the success of the project and for the outcome which John Duncan-Watt achieved to get us across the line. John also helped us shape our strategy so that we could be sufficiently relevant to a significant Australian food company (introduced by GHC) to elicit their support. We couldn't have done this without them.
