  • Engaging M&A consultants in London to identify potential UK acquisition candidates, culminating in the execution of Letter of Intent
  • Managing the impact of a public to private buy-out on a subsidiary of an international group
  • Leading an MBO team, securing $13m of equity and debt funding together with $4m of long-term State Government support
  • Leading an early stage business through an IPO, raising $3m to commence the commercialisation of patented IP across the baby care, incontinence and sanitary protection markets.
