Jaap has worked as a CFO, finance director, and group controller in a range of industries, including food ingredients, biofuel, biopharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing, venture capital and investments. He has started operations in new countries from scratch, implemented growth and turnaround strategies and financed acquisitions and M&A.
